About the deck

A deck about what a woman’s light is made of once she finally sets aside time for herself.

The deck holds 80 metaphorical associative cards with images of women doing what they enjoy and giving time to themselves.

The task of the deck is to show that both the smallest everyday things and the big matters a woman has long dreamed about and keeps postponing can fill her with resource and light.

In the work, the deck helps to find inner resource, even out the balance of life, turn attention to what matters and come back to who you really are.

The deck can be used as a deep diagnostic, clarifying, deepening, resourcing, transformational and supporting tool in counseling, therapy, training and psychological transformation games. It works as part of the whole “Woman Within Me” series and on its own.

With “The Light of a Woman” deck you can
