About the deck

A deck about the one action that moves everything else.

The deck holds 128 metaphorical associative cards: a simple drawn symbol and a short description of a strong strategic action that applies to a particular situation.

The symbols were deliberately made black and white and simple, so that they bring up a direct and clear association for a client in a coaching session or a strategy meeting.

The prompts on the cards say what to pay attention to right now. They usually land at the right time, because they reflect the projection of a person’s inner state from beneath awareness.

The deck is used both in one-off work and as a daily tool: one card a day gives a manager the place to put their effort.
