About the deck

A deck about the strategy a business is living by now and the one it needs for the next step.

The deck holds 128 metaphorical associative cards describing strategies used in business.

For each strategy you can take apart its essence, its main parts, its strengths and weaknesses, and understand how relevant it is in the situation at hand and how to carry it out in the best way.

Cards are also drawn face-down: then a strategy comes that the person had not thought about, and often it is exactly the one that fits the question at hand.

The deck is equally useful for diagnosis and for learning: by taking different strategies apart, a professional and an entrepreneur train their strategic thinking.

For broader work, the whole “Business Coaching” series or the strategy game “Playing White” is used.
