How to delete your data
Your data belongs to you. You can delete it at any time, and you do not have to explain why.
In the app
- Open the app, go to “Me” → “Settings” → “Delete account”.
- The app asks twice and requires you to type the word “удалить”, so nothing disappears by accident.
- Your account, purchases, access rights and lesson progress are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
By email
- Write to info@thevitacode.com from the address your account is registered to and ask us to delete your data.
- We reply within 30 days, usually sooner.
Instagram messages
- If you sent us a keyword on Instagram, we keep a short record: when the message arrived and what we answered.
- Write “delete my data” in the same chat, or email info@thevitacode.com, and we will delete that record.
- The conversation inside Instagram is yours to delete: it is your account and we have no access to it.
Your subscription and what you bought
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription taken out in the App Store or in Google Play. You cancel it where you bought it — in your phone settings. Apple: Settings → Apple account → Subscriptions. Google: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it from our side.
- A subscription taken out in a browser — the "Pocket Games & Cards" pocket or the "Platform for Experts" platform — can be cancelled with us: your account, the "My subscription" section.
- Cancelling stops only the next charge. The term you have paid for runs to its end, and the money paid for it is not refunded.
- Along with the account you lose access to everything you bought: games, decks, courses and master classes. Purchases are not refunded, and access cannot be restored after deletion.
- If you want to keep what you bought, cancel the subscription but do not delete the account: purchases stay yours for good.
What remains after deletion
The law requires us to keep payment records: who paid, when and how much. That is accounting data, kept separately and not connected to your behaviour on the site. Everything else — account, access, progress, messages — is deleted.
